IFEA World Festival And Event City Award : Annual Report
W FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Funding for Events NSW, which is provided within the State Government budget to cover all event funding, development and support costs and company operating expenses, is approved on a four year rolling basis with a provision to cover forward commitments beyond that period. Special event opportunities that arise from time to time which cannot be accommodated within the company’s base funding can be submitted for supplementary funding consideration from Government. The financial performance of the company for 2009/10 and budget for 2010/11 is detailed in the following financial operating statement.
